However, the supporters of distilled water completely deny its potential to wash out vital micro- and macro – elements from human body. To be more exact, they believe distilled water only washes out minerals not used in our metabolism, rejected by our cells.
As for the seemingly bad taste of distilled water, it is likely to appear unusual or simply tasteless to a person who is used to regular water which contains minerals.
The opinion about the bad taste might have also formed due to the fact that earlier in its manufacture, distilled water wasn’t produced using extra carbon filters that retain volatile substances and gases, which contributed to its unpleasant taste.
